A structured audit of your store, your conversion path and your email programme. You get a written report, a prioritised list of fixes and a 45-minute call to walk through it with the person who did the work.

Delivered within five working days.

Traffic looks healthy in the analytics but sales haven't moved in months. There are apps on the store nobody remembers installing and nobody's willing to uninstall. Email sends when someone remembers to send it, and contributes a fraction of what it should. The site was built by someone who's no longer around, and since launch it's been left largely alone, not through neglect, but because there's no obvious place to start and no time to find one.

Most stores we look at aren't broken. They're drifting. The problem is rarely one big fault; it's a dozen small ones compounding quietly, and none of them announce themselves.

If you go ahead with a Shopify Growth Build within 90 days, the full £500 comes off the project cost.

Not a checklist we run through and email you. Every finding comes with evidence, a screenshot, a number from your own analytics, or a benchmark you can hold us to.

A written report. Our findings with the evidence behind each one. Yours to keep, share with your team, or hand to a developer.

A prioritised list of fixes. Ordered by likely revenue impact, with an indication of effort, so you know what to do first and what can wait.

A 45-minute walkthrough call. Live, with the person who did the work, and time for your questions.

An honest verdict. Including whether you need a rebuild at all. Sometimes the answer is that four fixes and a proper email programme will do more than a new website, and if that's the case we'll say so.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. The audit is a standalone piece of work and it ends when we hand it over. Plenty of the stores we look at don't need a rebuild, and when that's the case we say so and tell you what to do instead. If you want us to carry out the fixes, that's a separate conversation you're free to have with us or with anyone else.

Shopify collaborator access, Google Analytics viewer access, and Klaviyo if you're using it. Read-only throughout — we won't make changes to your store. Takes about ten minutes to set up and we send instructions once you've booked.

Five working days from receiving access. The walkthrough call is usually within a week of the report landing.

Usually, yes. Some will be small enough to fall under a support retainer, some will need a defined project, and some you'll be able to do yourself. We'll tell you which is which. If the answer is that your current developer should handle it, we'll say that too.

Below roughly £250k a year in revenue, probably not. At that stage the findings tend to outrun what you can realistically act on, and you'd get more from spending the money on stock or ads. Tell us your rough revenue before you book and we'll give you an honest answer.

Shopify is what we do, and it's where the audit is genuinely rigorous. If you're on another platform and considering a move, get in touch first and we'll agree what would actually be useful.
